1. Services overview we provide animation and entertainment services including, but not limited to:

  • Custom animations
  • Puppet Shows & Mascots
  • Interactive media packages
  • All services are subject to availability and compliance with these Terms.

 

2. Package booking & deposit policy

  • A minimum deposit of 30% of the total package price is required to activate any service or package.
  • No work will commence until the deposit has been received and confirmed. The remaining 70% is due upon project completion and prior to final delivery.
  • Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where ClayLorr Entertainment unable to fulfill the service for reasons within our control.

 

3. Use of content all animations, videos, illustrations, and other media are the intellectual property of ClayLorr Entertainment or its licensors.

  • You may not reproduce, resell, modify, or distribute any of our content without express written permission.
  • Personal, non-commercial use is permitted unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

 

4. User responsibilities you agree:

  • Not to use our services for illegal, harmful, or deceptive purposes.
  • To provide accurate information during bookings or submissions.
  • To comply with copyright laws and not upload or use unauthorized materials.

 

5. GDPR & Data privacy compliance

  • We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • What Data We Collect: Name, contact information, billing details.
  • Project-specific information (if applicable)
  • Cookies and usage data for site performance

6. Payment terms all prices are listed in € and are subject to change.

  • Invoices must be paid in full before final deliverables are released.
  • Late payments may incur fees or delay project delivery.

 

7. Refund & Cancellation deposits are non-refundable.

  • If a client cancels after work has begun, additional fees may apply based on the amount of work completed. In cases of service failure by ClayLorr Entertainment partial refunds may be issued at our discretion.

 

8. Third-Party Tools & Services some features may use or link to third-party tools or platforms.

  • We are not responsible for the practices or content of these services.

 

9. Intellectual property unless otherwise stated in a signed contract, Claylorr Entertainment retains full copyright and usage rights to any animation or content produced.

 

10. Limitation of liability we shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect or incidental damages
  • Loss of data or content due to user error
  • Delays caused by technical issues or force majeure

 

11. Modifications we reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

 

12. Governing law these terms shall be governed by the laws of Malta, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
